Waitlist / product updates
If you join the waitlist, we process your email to confirm subscription (double opt-in) and send product updates about Checktopus. In production this will use EmailOctopus as processor. A data processing agreement (AV/DPA) with EmailOctopus will be linked here once executed.
Analytics
We plan to use Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-oriented, no cookies for basic beacon mode). No PostHog in the early marketing phase.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Email us to exercise these rights.
